Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

 

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

Canada: We offer a delivery charge of $17 for  standard shipping. Your total order delivery time will take between 3-5 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. Your shipping address must be in Canada.

 United States: We offer a delivery charge of $15 for standard shipping.  Your total order delivery time will take between 5-10 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. Your shipping address must be in USA.

International  Shipping :We offer a delivery charge of $20 for standard shipping.  Your total order delivery time will take between 5-10 business days, depending on the final delivery destination. Your shipping address must be in UK.

Please note we cannot guarantee  delivery to P.O. Boxes, rural postal codes or Territories.

If purchase was made online, we can offer a refund onto your original method of payment or  an e-gift card.
